Why “Drey”?
We named this Airbnb “Drey” in honour of the adorable Malabar giant squirrels that share this space with us. They consider it their home and visit almost every morning, especially during the summer. As a gesture of gratitude, we adopted the name of their nest, recognizing this place as theirs too!
Previously owned by a family who lived here for two generations, we renovated the house to its current look in 2022.
Guest Access:
Our property features a pool, a cricket practise net, a garden, and an exclusive private tree hut at the edge of our land overlooking the Banasura Dam’s catchment area.
This tree hut, built by local craftsmen, is reserved for guests staying in this house. We provide the access key to the tree hut along with your house keys.
Our property ensures personal attention without compromising your privacy. The in-house kitchen and staff cottages are adjacent to this property. Our in house Chef and his assistant are available to cater to your culinary needs, preparing delicious meals.
